AutoTheme and Short URLs

	I recently updated the Short URLs package from http://postnuke.alansparkes.net with my Short URL function and htaccess file, based on that of ColdRolledSteel. It's the same Short URLs as used on this site. I've changed it to use .phtml as the extension to avoid any conflict with static content. There's a rule to only parse files with this extension, and I've also tweaked a few rules, in particular adding a rule for FAQs, and updating the PNphpBB2 rule, as the current version has changed from using module.php to index.php URLs.
