It is designed around div tags for header, footer, all blocks and layout. 2 additional blocks for area 1 and 2 are available above news summary areas. Includes PNphpBB2 forum CSS and background images. All text areas including forum area designed to have your logo showing centered 13 PSD files are included for ease of editting and personalizing.
