This is a simple theme that I made a long time ago for my wife's University of Texas student nursing site. I've had many people ask for it, mainly because of the colors not because it's up to the quality of the real designers, but I was unable to share then. The site is now defunct, so if you want it, come and get it.
It's Blue and Orange, hence BO.
