New beta released! Several bug fixes and new theme.cfg format (in preparation for Administration capabilities). Simpler commands.inc.php for customization and addition of commands.
Pay close attention to new theme.cfg format and backup existing theme.cfg before upgrading.

(Files needed to upgrade an existing AutoTheme to Beta 4. Only changed theme system files are included. Changed html templates and additional images are not included.)
