Odd behavior -- When I activate the survey block to appear in the right
nav, the center iframe that nukewrap wraps appears in the background of the
survey. Very, very odd.

Already fixed. The problem was the $content variable that I renamed
$contentnw

I am having exactly the same problem. However, I have not changed any of my
variable names.

The fix is that you NEED to change the $content var name. In the nukewrap
index.php do a search and replace on $content and replace it with
$html_content.
