I installed WordPress with AutoTheme for a friends blog and noticed that when I update WordPress, I loose the link to the AutoTheme administration and have to manually add a link on the menu.php page. Such as this to the 'Appearance' section:

$submenu['themes.php'][20] = array(__('AutoTheme'), 8, 'autotheme.php'); 


?>

Is there a way to address this issue so that WordPress can correctly update, while retaining a link to the AutoTheme administration? Your help is appreciated.
