We are using "AutoTheme 0.87"
PHP-Nuke
PHP Version 5.2.5
&
Firefox as a browser.
The problem we are having is that when we create a post, or type in any of
the fields in profile, the fonts are white on a white background, and we
cannot see them. We can see them if we highlight by selecting the words.
In the forums, we can click "preview" and see the created post.
How do I change the default fonts from White to Black?

It depends upon the theme. Check in the theme config in admin for the
colors used, but most likely it is in the style sheet.
