Can someone please tell me where the posistions are for the Area blocks I
have no idea on my webpage where they are.

You put them in your template wherever you want them. First goto AutoTheme
admin > positions and look at the default ones (remove or add or leave
as is). Then add the tags to your template wherever you want. Then go in
to AutoThem admin > your theme > block control and assign some
blocks to those positions.
