This is the code I am looking for in one of my themes. I can find this
code only by going to the page and viewing the source.. It seems to be a
regular index but its generated each time. I can not find the source thats
generated this code. Any ideas?

It seems to be found in one of your blocks or other html files.
Look in your theme at:
article.html / centerblock.html / summary.html etc. etc.
The code is not getting generated. Autotheme is using different html
templates for different modules and at certain pages certain blocks
templates are used for display.
