I have just installed the postwrap, upgraded and activated the module and half the links in the admin panel are missing

, the links that are displayed are as follow;

Autolinks
Blocks
Censor
Modules
Past Nuke
Permissions
PostWrap
Quotes
Template

Any ideas on how to get the missing links back?
