Purchased Autotheme using PayPal. I received my PayPal confirmation saying that it paid you. I can send you the confirmation if you would like.

I have cancelled the order because I thought that PayPal might have sent with a eCheck for whatever reason.... I followed the method mentioned below:

2. You paid by eCheck. For whatever reason, PayPal sent your money as an eCheck, which takes up to 4 business days to clear. You will receive AutoTheme once your check has cleared. (email autotheme AT mckenzies DOT net if you want to cancel and pay again with a credit card which is instant).

Now, I paid with a credit card outside of PayPal and still haven't received the file. I am about ready to think that this is some sort of scam. I don't have the spam filter turned on.

What's up with this product? I have never had anything like this ever happen.

Very frustrated!!!! I hope I am not doubled billed!

1. You didn't pay by echeck.
2. I don't know what is happening but automatic delivery is working fine for everyone else. Maybe your provider has my email server blocked or something.
3. No scam, if you look through the forums you'll find thousands of happy customers.
4. I have refunded your first payment.
5. I apologize for your inconvenience and I am at this moment sending it manually from a different address. Please post back upon receipt/non-receipt. If you don't receive it then please send me an alternate email to send to.

Thanks for your quick reply. You run a very good service with prompt response. I also received the refund for the first payment. Thank you so much. I get a little frustrated when I have a limited time to complete projects.
