Hello,
I have this core/html block showing in my index page and I would like a
postwrap block to show above this html when clicked but I don't seem to
find a way. When I click the link in the menu area the postwrap appears
underneath the html block.
I tried moving the html block down in the blocks admin but still no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please anyone any idea? It really is very important to me that I am able to
do this.
