How do prevent AT from changing the styles on module?

I would actually like to know if there is a way to do this as well. I have a module or two tha6t have thier own styles that I want to retain and when AutoTheme is applying the style(s) it seems to be causing a conflict. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

FYI - I am running:
CiroxX (AKA - Nuke 7.9 Patched 3.3 w/ NukeSentinel 2.5.01
AutoTheme Personal 1.77
