I just to AT 1.77 commercial lic. I got it unzipped on my local PC now the install manual says:

* Extract the compressed distribution file (.zip, .tar.gz or .sit) to your local computer
* FTP upload the entire contents to your CMS root directory (accept any directory overwrite warnings. These directories are not being overwritten. The warnings are generated because the directory already exists, but this is fine.)

By "entire contents" I assume that is including the folder at177_pn and its entire contents to be copied to the hosting provider, but how do I identify my "CMS root directory"? I have post nuke installed.

Upload the contents of the zip. So if you unzip it and get an at177_pn dir, then the contents of that dir, not the dir itsself.

Your postnuke root dir is the one with the main index.php, themes dir, modules dir etc.

I added the directory files to CMS root directory. Then I went to administration page on my site bgchemical.com went to the Settings module and changed the Theme over from 033xte to AutoTheme. That is what I was inferring to do from the install document that was provided in the zip:

After installing, go to your CMS/shop Administration and follow the instructions for activating something like AutoTheme.

I was not sure if switching the theme was what I should do at the time, but I was not sure what was meant by "follow the instructions for activating something like AutoTheme". So I saved the changes and now I get this error on my site:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: atthemeinit() in /home/content/B/G/C/BGChemical/html/modules/AutoTheme/autotheme.php on line 26

Sorry for all the questions.

OK, so you didn't install it correctly. What was meant by "follow the instructions for activating something like AutoTheme", for PostNuke, is go to Admin > Modules > Regenerate, then look for AutoTheme and click Initialize and Activate. This is only needed to activate the admin, but it will verify that it is installed correctly.

Well I got to reading some of the other posts and found the right way to install after the fact, whoops. Now the problem is Shawn that when I go to the site, bgchemical.com, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: atthemeinit() in /home/content/B/G/C/BGChemical/html/modules/AutoTheme/autotheme.php on line 26

What are my options here? I have googled the error and am unable to find how to fix this.

It means that you haven't installed correctly. Do you have the following file: '/home/content/B/G/C/BGChemical/html/modules/AutoTheme/includes/atAPI.php' ???

Shawn,

I do have /modules/AutoTheme/includes/atAPI.php, that 'modules' directory is the start of my root directory. So I do not have directories /home/content/B/G/C/BGChemical/html.

I understand that I have not installed correctly so what do I need to do to remedy the situation.
