Hi Shawn

A possible bug in 1.76 for Postnuke.

I'm using custom pages and block control in combination to select from a list of candidate centre blocks for custom pages. Each custom page is supposed to have just one of the available list of specialised PN centre blocks. Great feature.

I define the custom page thus: page_id=40 (say). I go into block control and activate the requred block. All is good. I get exactly what I want.

I then try to define another custom page for the same module : page_id=41.

Result: my original custom page for this module is replaced by one for default module parameters. This custom page has no block templates selected at all and all of the blocks positions are deactivated. The new custom page I just entered is fine. The custom pages for other modules appear unaffected.

Update

OK, sorry, it's a feature, and messing with the auto-inserted "default" custom settings for a module only ends in tears as I found to my cost.

Don't like having absolutely everything switched off in the auto-inserted "default" settings though. And did I miss the explanation that this would happen in the supplied documentation? Sorry to be grumpy Shawn old chap, but a quick "it's supposed to do that, you're using it incorrectly" would have helped immensely.

Cheers

Phil

(PS I just discovered my reply to you re the AT/OSC problem I discovered is still in my drafts folder! Oops - my bad. I'll get it to you shortly)

O.K. I'll look at this but I'm not following you completely. Please give me a step by step of what you do and then what is created/changed happens.

Thanks!
-Shawn
