these following issues started with the new release of AT 1.75x and still
exist by the new version 1.76
1- the short url doesnt work correctly in the topic/news section
look at this site for example, the news short url should be :
http://spidean.com/Article386.phtml
but instead it's
http://spidean.com/name-News-article-sid-386.phtml
Xanthia and other default themes works fine som it must be AutoTheme
problem (been reported before bytheway).
2- once again in the news topics, the title of the page is gone,
before AT 1.75, any news page such as :
http://spidean.com/name-News-article-sid-386.phtml
should have the follwing page title:
AutoTheme 1.76 Released Spidean - Pinnacle of Excellence :: PostNuke Themes
...etc
but instead, it stripped out the news title (yes I have checked the option
of the head Contnet and Head Strip and still the same problem exist)
it also happens in pnphpbb2, by default it shows the topic name in the page
title, example:
http://forums.postnuke.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file
=viewtopic&t=44400
you can see the thread's title in the page title bar, Autotheme doesnt do
that anymore.
you can also see live example for the news title thing in this:
http://news.postnuke.com/Article2740.html
see how's the topic title are appearing in the page title?
3- Again the short url for the topics doesnt work
example in this site, go to : http://spidean.com/name-News.phtml
try click on any topic name like autotheme or postwarp
the url is :
http://spidean.com/index.php?name=News&catid=&topic
=3
it should be :
http://spidean.com/topic3.phtml
but once again it doesnt work
Please shawn, I mean please, check these out, its really effect the site so
much (being search engine friendly and so on).

I will check these. I should be able to fix the title stuff, however, the
short urls will take some time possibly. The URL changes are due to a
change in the PostNuke URLs in .76x.

| I can't update my website because of that, my website will have duplicate
content and i can be ignored by search engine, i notice the issue in the
1.75 release, its important to solve the problem, ____________________

PostNuke update 1.
O.K. so now the Article title is part of the news title. Also, the module
name is in the title of every page at the end like (Downloads).
There is a new AutoURLs Version 4 also. This is the same as the shorturls
that ship with PN. It seems to work and have the style that you're
describing, but I can't say how the new .htaccess files will handle your
older shorturls.

if you can implement it, it would be really cool

No I didn't forget. I don't know anything about pnphpbb2, but I'll look
into it as time permits.
