Here are the most common issues. Please check before posting.
1. Your mail host blocks some attachments. AutoTheme is delivered as a
ZIP or TAR.GZ file. Your mail host may have blocked or stripped the
attachment or entire email.
*** (You can still download in the Download area. You have been granted
access to a special group that allows you to Download the commercial
AutoTheme).
2. You paid by eCheck. For whatever reason, PayPal sent your money as an
eCheck, which takes up to 4 business days to clear. You will receive
AutoTheme once your check has cleared. (email autotheme AT mckenzies DOT
net if you want to cancel and pay again with a credit card which is
instant).
3. The email that was automatically sent is in your Junk or Spam
folder/filter area. Please check this area and see if AutoTheme is
there.
