I am using postwrap and on the surface it works great, but....

I can't seem to get it to open external links that are on a wrapped in a new window. I have tried the _top and _blank but it still insists on opening these links within that frame...any ideas?

Also, I have a postwrapped page link within a wrapped page and when you click on the link it does go to that page but to the bottom...how can this be resolved?
