Am I missing something or is not possible to add relative links in URL security area?

It looks like it will prepend http:// no matter what.

For the life of me I can't get URL security to work.

I am running PN in a folder off the root, /site/ - would that matter?

All is well with URL security off. Shawn, what is the point/value of URL security? I don't see it discussed in the docs or FAQ.
