is a massively multiplayer online game guild website considered a personal
one or a organizational one? I mean, it's set up to look like a corporation
but there is no legal entity associated with it in reality

If it's run by an individual and it's not commercial (meaning you don't
sell anything or promote a business) then it is a personal license.
