Hi all,
usually i have no problem to understand a simple doc file and the
instructions in it.
Now i try to make postwrap to work and i cannot even initialize.
Here is what i read in the doc:
Installation
* Unzip to your modules/ directory to create the PostWrap/ subdirectory
Ok i did that.Quite simple .Then the
doc says:
* Go to Administration, Modules, and Regenerate
Unfortunately i cannot figure out what regenerate stands for. What does this
mean?
Anyway then the doc says:
* Initialize and then Activate PostWrap
How to do that?Probably i cannot cause i am stuck on the regenerate issue

I bet these are silly questions so i really need your help.Sometimes silly
questions or the obvious answers are so hard to see....
Thanks very much

P.S.I have phpnuke 7.2
I use the MyFrame module quite allright which is older and i have it
working right now.

In PostNuke you have an Administration section, go there and there is an
link and maybe an icon for Modules. When you click that, at the top there
are 2 links, List and Regenerate. Click Regenerate. You will have a list
of modules and next to PostWrap there is an Initialize link and after you
click that and it initializes you'll have an activate link next to it.
Click that.
If you don't see these things then you have bigger problems than PostWrap
because this is standard with all PostNuke installs.

The title of my post was asking :
I bet and lost?
wondering if this was a silly question and i was betting on that.
Finally i just figured out that i won.It was a really silly question and
you know why?
Cause the postwrap is made for postnuke (which i had no idea that something
such was existing). While i have phpnuke and not postnuke. Not wondering
anymore why i couldnt figure out what regenerate is
Though i want to thank Shawn for his try to answer a question that was
impossible to be answered.
Right now i have another 'silly question' for nukewrap this time which i
will adress it to the proper forum after i will searh around for the answer
cause i am not lazy.
Always thrilling to get an answer directly from the administrator
thought.
Thanx much Shawn ,really appreciated it no matter....
(Oh yeah mate, then if you apreciate it so much think about donate some will
you? )

Hmmm,
well shawn if i judge from your avatar i bet you dont need a few buck from
a poor guy like me (i would be a premium customer of some cool KISS MY A_SS
software house by now instead of looking around in open source or
evenbetter would be in bahamas or something instead to see the dawning from
in front of my pc ).
I bet (but not much) you only need your guitar your horse and your guns to
be happy.(although a laptop too, wouldnt bother you at all )
Glad you also have humor except knowledge.

P.S. Excuse my lame english. |

I live
in texas but am no cowboy for now. A while back I got the nickname Woody
from someone because they thought I looked like Woody from the Toy Story
cartoon movie
I do have boots and a hat though.
