I am trying to get a custom module set up for pagesetter when displaying
pages so that right blocks are diplayed.
In module options I have tried:
func=viewpub (to make it work for all page views, no effect)
func=viewpub&tid=2&pid=2 (to make it work for a specific page, no
effect)
Am I missing something about how to set up custom modules? 
Any help appreciated .... I am just now getting into the depths of
autotheme and it looks very flexible and cool!

Hiya, I have been having Autotheme 1.0 fun too. I did a quick test and i
know that tid=x works.......

I'll try with pagesetter soon, but it works for all modules that I have
tried.
Paste that portion of your theme.cfg.
