first of all, great script!.
so i'm trying to get pn to look like the site i'm making. i'm using
autotheme lite to help accomplish this. i tried editing the blocks*.html
(persay) first, but my design is very different from what i can get by
doing that. so i took a look at using "commands" ... i.e. [user-login].
i tried editing the files
"\modules\AutoTheme\includes\postnuke\atCommands.php", and
"\themes\AT-XP\includes\commands.inc.php". the one that worked is the first
one. why is this? also, can i add my custom "[commands]" to spit out code
for customized blocks? TIA.

Just add the command in modules/AutoTheme/includes/atCommands.php and then
that command is available in any template, theme, block, news article
etc..
