Are themes that I develop with AT-Lite .7 fully portable from PostNuke to PHPNuke?

Or are there syntax differences?

They should work fine in both with minor exceptions. PHP-Nuke does not provide some of the features of PostNuke, especially the news commands. So if you use PHP-Nuke commands then you should be safe. I'm working on making sure they are even more compatible next version.
