I am building a web page with postnuke. I decided that I wanted a counter on said page. I have the html code for the counter but am clueless as to where to stick this code! Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

Since you posted here, I'm assuming that you are using AutoTheme...though you didn't mention it...

If so, just put the code in your index.html template file, wherever you want it to appear...

you could also create a block, (Core/HTML) then paste the code in the Content area. I have a clock that I use like this and I find it easier to control what page the clock shows up on when it's in a block.
