This is so frustrating. I have swamped all manuals and read most of the posts but I still can't figure out how you enter the "AT administration" for your custom blocks. After all, changning your values for custom modules is easy -- just click the link and enter your values.

BUT where do you click (???) to do the same for a custom block?

I have added a custom block (Main Menu) and created a template (newtemplate.html), but there is no link to click to get to the "AT adm where I change the settings for this template).
