I'am using right blocks (AT Lite) on the main News module, but how can I, when user click on full story page, get another blocks, example area4 blocks (with no rights)?

Make sure you have 1 or more blocks assigned to area4, then in AutoTheme admin create a custom module for News and select Right = 0 and area4 = 1 and make sure area4 has a template assigned to it.

Then in your template, make sure you have
