From my question, i guess u must have noticed that am a novice.
Please, these Html/Photoshop templates advertised, do u mean one can use
them as post nuke themes? How can that be done? Is it with Autotheme pro or
just any version.
Can someone direct me after i purchase a template and the autotheme on how
to do that?

These are not functional themes. They are great looking, professional
starting points for your theme. Download the sample template to see what
you get.
You can use the provided HTML and images, or customize the graphic
templates and export as HTML from PhotoShop or Fireworks. Either way, just
tweak the HTML to your liking, add some AutoTheme commands and you have an
awesome theme!
