I am new to PostNuke, which I am using as my CMS as well as AutoTheme,
which I just installed on my site:
bgchemical.com
I have read the docs that came with AutoTheme and it seems to me that the
diff. b/t a Theme and a Template is that there is not a whole lot of
customization that can be incorporated into an existing theme, but on the
other hand a template you have more ability at customization.
If that is the case as a business site I am leaning towards going with a
Template. From there you would convert that template to be an AutoTheme?
Where do I find information on how to change colors, add graphics, etc.
etc.
If this is going to be too much work for me alone who do I loop in to
help?

A theme is a fully functional theme that you just copy to your site in
order to use. A theme is fully customizable in the way that you can easily
modify any of the HTML (add images, remove images, change text, change
colors, change the placement of everything. A template is normally a
Photoshop or similar graphics template that can be exported to HTML to use
for a theme. It is customizable in the way that you can actually modify
the images, such as changing text on the individual images, colors, etc.
change gradients, lighting, shadows, masks etc.
