After activating module I get this in the admin area:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare atinit() (previously declared in C:Inetpub
wwwroot test modules Autorender includes atAPI.php:71) in C:Inetpub wwwroot
test modules AutoTheme includes atAPI.php on line 34
I activated the module and added it to the admin panel 'Settings'.

At-Lite .851 is old and an AutoTheme version is already included with all
MD-Pro. You don't need to load AutoTheme. Please explain what you are
doing.

OK, so AutoTheme needs to be downloaded and installed for most CMSs,
except, AutoTheme has been included with and tailored for MD-Pro since the
first days of MD-Pro. Also, AutoTheme is included in the most recent
PHP-Nuke.
My advice is to reinstall MD-Pro and get it working. Then install your
theme if you have one. All should work flawlessly.
Let me know,

That would be an MD-Pro question then.
