on my phpnuke site i can create left and right blocks
and fill with what i want
when i put scrips (e.g. google adsense) it doesnt display
neither does any html code, even not image url
why ?
is there a way to change it ?

You create a block in PHP-Nuke admin > blocks and put the HTML in the
content field?
Maybe it's not accepting javascript or PHP.
In PostNuke you can create a HTML or PHP block that accepts any code.

because i can create blocks, thats no problem, they just dont display any
html or script
