I dont't know about the collaspable block, but "Sorry, you are not allowed
to do that" means that you entered the url into the browser address bar but
you have "Allow input from browser address bar" set to NO.

now its getting really cool!
i enter
http://............../index.php?modules.php?op=modload&
name=PostWrap&file=index&page=http://www.hydroweb.com
pn returns
Sorry, you are not allowed to do that.
then just for the heck of it i clicked on the minus icon that sits just
right of "reminder" and....don't hold your breath....my hydroweb site was
wrapped...
amazing! will wonders never cease!
any clues as to what is happening will be appreciated
thanks in advance,

ok ok heres more info
on the PostWrap admin page i accept all defaults in "general" then i go to
"url security" where there is a window to add a url
i add "http://www.hydroweb.com" which is the site i want to wrap in pn - i
accept all defaults...click add
then i go home and get this message
"No page was defined to display."
Where do i define the page to display?
Thanks in advance,
