Have a wrapped PHP application that displays a URL to an outside site. The URL code in the page is correct, that is: "http://www.outsidesite.com" is generated for the wrap.

However, when mousing over the link, it places the relative path for my nuke site before the outside link, like this:

Http://mynukesite.com/www.outsideside.com

Needless to say, this doesn't really work.

Any ideas on where I can start looking to fix this behavior?
